Description

Our family has been guiding hunters for over 46 years. Our hunts are conducted mostly on horseback but can also be in a side by side or pick-up. The Rocky Mountain’s rugged and open terrain requires us to hunt by spot and stalk. We’re proud of our strong success rate and the opportunities we've provided our hunters to see and choose from a variety of elk and deer. Our lodge is perfectly positioned along the migration route between Yellowstone National Park and the Sunlight winter range, allowing us to monitor game activity throughout the year. We operate two hunting camps in the heart of the Absaroka Wilderness, in addition to offering hunts directly from the lodge. Our hunts are 7 days long with a 2 on 1 hunter to guide ratio. We can arrange a guided one on one hunt for an additional fee.

Refund Policy:

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

With two camps deep in the Absaroka Wilderness—and the ability to hunt right from the lodge—we provide a range of opportunities for an unforgettable hunting experience. We provide excellent, experienced guides; hearty, delicious meals; comfortable sleep tents; and gentle, trusted horses for your hunting adventure.

If you are interested in flying to our ranch, we are happy to transport you to and from the Cody, WY or Billings, MT airports. We just need to get the pertinent information to know exactly when and where to pick you up.
