        Refund Policy:

        Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

        This African hunt experience is one you will not want to miss out on! Each morning you will embark on a hunt via pickup truck stopping to check for tracks as well as spot and stalk animals. After your hunt each day you will unwind back at camp with amazing meals a warm fire and an endless amount of stories from your PH.

        Delicious meals, will be served in the dinning room or in barbecue style around a majestic African campfire in an open boma, all depending on the weather of course. For the serious hunter who doesn’t want to come back for brunch, we also provide tasty lunchboxes to enjoy while hunting.

        Most hiking will be done while stalking in on the animal of your dreams.


        Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

        unters will be picked up and dropped off and airport before and after the hunt. The port of entry into South Africa at the moment is Johannesburg. This is where the hunter will clear customs on the way to the final destination. If hunting the Eastern Cape, then hunter will fly on to Port Elizabeth or East London. Note that all the lodges are within two hours of the final destination airport. From the USA, there are two direct flight options into Johannesburg. Delta flies direct from Atlanta and United fly from Newark. There are currently no late afternoon/evening connecting flights and should guests need to overnight in Johannesburg, arrangements will be made for a meet and greet by a company representative who will accompany them to the luxury guest house only minutes from the airport. They will then be safely returned to the airport for their connecting flight the next morning.

        Description

        Some documentation (required by the South African Police Service) is required in this regard, and clients who are interested in bringing their own rifles along are requested to ask us for more detail in this regard. We do have expert people rendering a special service available to assist clients in this regard. Clients can also bring along their own ammunition not to exceed 200 rounds per calibre. Ammunition can however, also be bought in South Africa with the temporary import permit as issued for a specific rifle. Clients are advised to confirm availability of ammunition at the local dealer prior to arrival!!! ***Rifles will be provided at no extra cost to the hunter if they do not wish to bring a rifle.
