Description
You'll want to be in excellent physical condition for this incredible 5 day, fully guided back country hunting experience in northern Idaho. The elk population is healthy in this area with habitat restoration from burning under brush, no cow elk hunting, fewer bull elk tags and aggressive predator management. This camp has guaranteed tags that do not have to be drawn and are provided at no additional charge to the state tag fee. There are 6 species in season during your rifle elk hunt which can be hunted at no additional cost to your hunt. You'll have opportunity to purchase additional tags for deer, whitetail or mule deer, black bear, mountain lion and wolf. Hunts are tailored for the ability of the hunter and conducted out of base camp or remote camps. Base camp has generator electricity and hot showers with tent camps with wood heat that sleep 3-4. Remote wall tent camps have cook/meal main tent and sleeping tents for 3-4 also with wood heat. Bring your own sleeping bag. Can sit, glass and stalk to create shooting opportunity or ride mules to cover more ground and get to additional locations where guides are seeing elk. Quality depends on the hunter and can be described as a trophy you haven't achieved before.
